Meet the Team

Wayne Jeal

Wayne is the Managing Director and founder member of the organisation, which was set up in August 2010, with the aim to provide a wide range of services, offering a one-stop solution to support small and medium sized businesses.

Wayne is the Principal Consultant and Trainer and has a hands on and practical role within the Company. His many years in Operational Management places him in an excellent position to lead the Company and take responsibility for the day to day management of the business.

Vivienne Jeal

In her role as Director, Vivienne manages our Accounts Department and has ultimate responsibility for all aspects of accounting, including maintaining good relations with our clients and suppliers.

Vivienne also manages Human Resources within our organisation, as well as taking responsibility for the management of employees and employee welfare.

Vivienne has many years experience of working in busy office environments, her experience combined with her excellent secretarial skills and qualifications, means she is well placed to support the business with all aspects of secretarial support.

Sarah Kelly

Sarah joined the business in February 2016 and is employed in a supporting role, assisting the Managing Director with various aspects of the business. 

Having spent many years in the financial industry and working up to a management position, Sarah brings some fabulous skills to the team.

Since joining the organisation, Sarah has worked closely with our Managing Director and will be putting her learning, qualities and skills to good use, in a busy supporting role within the Company.

Sarah is also assisting with the further development of our rapidly expanding training division.

Paul Naylor

Paul joined the team in March 2017 

In his role as Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor, Paul  supports clients with ISO & Compliance Management as well as Construction Site Safety.

Paul also supports construction clients with attendance at construction sites to undertake regular site safety inspections, hazard reporting and attendance at contractor health and safety meetings.

Paul has many years experience of working in an engineering environments, his experience combined with his skills and qualifications, means he is well placed to support the business with all aspects of health & safety advice and support.

Stefan Simpson

Stafan is our latest recruit, only joining the team on 13 November 2017. The learning started on his first day at the office, but was soon scaled up on his introduction to the world of construction safety, where we visited some very important clients on some prestigous London-based sites. 

The learning continues and gets serious from 20 November as Stefan is due to start the NEBOSH National Construction Certificate, which will give him a good understanding of construction safety; this will stand him in good stead for his role undertaking construction site safety inspections.

We welcome Stefan onboard with Wiser Safety Management and wish him well during the next couple of weeks of training, followed by some tough exams.
